A grounded view of captured requests and later HubSpot customer outcomes. Customer lifecycle after a request is not proof the request caused a purchase.

Tracking and setup. Storefront lookup/report instrumentation lives in another project; event ingestion and HubSpot webhook route subscriptions require external setup. The setup guide is docs/KNOW_YOUR_WATER_TRACKING.md; the event endpoint is /api/know-your-water/events. HubSpot webhook credentials: not configured. Credentials being configured does not confirm a HubSpot subscription. A received webhook queues a local update; it does not automatically refresh CRM status.

Date range applies across dashboard sections. Text search narrows leads, conversion metrics, and utilities only; lookup, email-report, and callback counts are not search-filtered.
