R2 video optimization

Compress video folder

Compresses every unoptimized video under assets/videos/ while preserving its public key. Originals are archived first under assets/videos/originals/.

Section-by-section optimization

Optimize referenced assets

Archives originals under assets/img/old/, creates web-ready files, then transactionally updates draft and published content.
